Laser Modules





Achray Photonics is offering sealed Laser Modules. The modules are built with edge emitting or VCSEL Laser Dies. A number of wavelenghts are available depending on the requirement. The modules can also house SLEDs and other devices. Our Laser Modules feature:

  4. High quality, efficient, TEC and temperature sensor
  5. Up to 100C cooling capability with multi-stage coolers

  9. Available coated sealed window: Sapphire, Ge or ZnSe
  10. Aligned collimating lens option
