Laser Modules





Achray Photonics is offering sealed Laser Modules. The modules are built with edge emitting or VCSEL Laser Dies. A number of wavelenghts are available depending on the requirement. The modules can also house SLEDs and other devices. Our Laser Modules feature:

  1. High fiber coupling efficency. Typical fiber: 50/125um MM or 100/192um InF3 MM
  2. HHL, TO-3, and custom packages available
  3. Some of available wavlengths, Group1: 375nm, 404nm, 450nm, 488nm, 520nm, 633nm, 637nm, 638nm, 642nm, 658nm, 660nm, 670nm, 730nm, 785nm, 808nm, 850nm, 852nm, 880nm, 915nm, 980nm, 1310nm, 1550nm, 1650nm, 2000nm
  4. More available wavlengths, Group2: 3420nm, 3550nm, 3800nm, 4050nm, 4400nm, 5300nm
  5. Temperature control: single stage or 2-stage TEC
  6. Temperature sensor: choice of 10 kOhm thermistor or 100 Ohm RTD
  7. Optional BFM
  8. Available coated sealed window: Sapphire, Ge or ZnSe
  9. Aligned collimating lens option up to 12um wavelength
